General

  • This model is personalized medical care without the baggage. Patients pay a direct fee for requested services provided by the practice. The practice does not bill insurance, neither charges additional co-pays. This model offers a distinct level of service at an affordable price, making it a perfect choice whether you have no insurance, or great employer sponsored health insurance — our transparent pricing is the same for everyone!

  • Appointments are self-scheduled online. This modern convenience saves you time and makes it easier to make or change an appointment. No need to wait for the office to open, nor hold for reception.

  • You will receive a full refund for appointments canceled before 24 hours of the appointment, otherwise you will be charged for the full amount of the service requested.

  • Yes! Being physicians we understand the tremendous value in long standing Doctor-Patient relationships. We will confer with your physician and coordinate your care together.

  • House Call & Mobile Visits: 10am-4pm. Virtual Urgent Care: 10A-8pm.

    Concierge Medicine members receive 24/7 access via text and phone.

  • Nope! We’re very happy to care for you and your family whenever and wherever you need us! We offer a la carte services to non-members. Concierge Members receive substantial benefits, savings, and priority appointments.

  • Yes, our practice is an at-your-door service. We will come to your office, home or hotel

  • Yes! We do offer a variety of laboratory tests and studies that can be completed in the home, hotel or workplace. Blood work can be drawn and delivered to local laboratories. In addition, we offer discounted lab pricing.

  • House call doctor visits offer the same knowledge and expertise that you would find at a traditional clinic – just in the comfort of your home. We come to your house – meaning you do not have to travel to a clinic, sit in a waiting room, or be exposed to people who may be ill.

    In addition, you will enjoy more one-on-one time with the doctor, without any time constraints. We make sure that you have all the time you need in order to thoroughly address all of your health questions and concerns.

  • We send your prescriptions electronically directly to your pharmacy. All you will need to do is pick up your prescription.

  • This model is unlike anything you have experienced! House calls, virtual access to your doctor via text, phone, email, next-day appointments, executive annual physical, personalized treatment plan, online scheduling, unhurried appointments, and navigation the complex health system. In addition, our members receive discounts for labs, radiology imaging, and medications.

  • We bring excellent, quality healthcare to you and on your schedule. You are seen in the comfort of your home, hotel or office and at a convenient time for you. You never have to wait again in an overcrowded waiting room. You will not be sitting next to sick patients for an extended period of time. House Call Doctor physicians can treat the same illnesses that you would normally go to see in a primary care physician’s office. You are always seen by a Board Certified physician.

  • Yes! Being physicians we understand the tremendous value in long standing Doctor-Patient relationships. We will confer with your physician and coordinate your care together.

  • For your convenience, members receive premier access and discounts to add-on services including mobile labs, COVID testing, ultrasound, and Wellness services!

  • We are affiliated with leading specialists in the area and can facilitate a consultation when required.

  • Rest assured, Dr. Neil is a Board Certified Emergency Medicine physician. In the event that your medical condition is determined to be more emergent after initial examination, our physician will contact local emergency department staff and coordinate your arrival. This will save you valuable time and allow you to avoid long waits in the ER.

Billing

  • All fees are due in full at time of service. We accept all major credit/debit cards, even HSA/FSA.

  • Yes. Services are designed to be eligible for HSA, FSA and HRA funding. Please check with your tax professional plan administrator ahead of time.

  • We do not bill insurance or government plans. The practice is a direct health practice. Insurance should complement the services in case of catastrophic illness or injury.

  • We accept people with any type of insurance (or no insurance), however we do not bill any of our services to insurance plans. It is strongly recommended to carry health insurance to cover unexpected large health care costs such as ER visits, surgeries, hospital stays or significant health care issues. As a member, you will receive access to deep discounts for labs, radiology imaging, and medication.

  • Our practice would be a great solution for you. We have curated direct discounts for labs, radiology imaging, and medication for special self-pay pricing. You do not need health insurance to be a patient, however it is strongly encouraged to carry a high-deductible/catastrophic insurance plan.

  • Please do! Even though our practice does not participate in any insurance contracts, patients who have health care insurance can still experience the outstanding care and additional services that we offer.

  • Yes. However, we contract directly with patients for my services including communications and routine visits that are neither hurried nor restricted by Plan coverage/reimbursement requirements. Patients may not submit the private fee paid for the services to Medicare or Medicaid.
