About Dr. Neil

Dr. Neil Panchal and team provide in-home visits and virtual care to the New Jersey community. This medical practice has redefined “episodic care”, and strives to provide “continuous care” resulting in high quality preventive, primary and urgent care for patients. Services such as in-home physician visits, in-home IV infusions, mobile blood draw and specimen collection, mobile ultrasound, and direct access to a primary care doctor via phone, text messaging, or video consultation transcend traditional primary care practice offerings.

While Dr. Neil is formally trained and Board Certified in Emergency Medicine, the primary care specialty ultimately chose him. Dr. Neil’s training and experience across multiple geographies and demographics lends itself to a wide scope of practice allowing him to recognize, diagnose, and treat a myriad of complex medical and surgical issues. Throughout his over 10 years of emergency medicine practice, Dr. Neil has found the most fulfillment in being a champion for his patients during their most vulnerable moments and at times where access to primary care offices is not an option. Dr. Neil is frequently asked by his patients for his “office number” or “direct line” in the emergency room. This speaks primarily to Dr. Neil’s compassionate approach and personal responsibility to go above and beyond for every patient.
