You will be evaluated in-person by a member of our Medical Team. We take time to listen to you, perform vital signs, and a comprehensive physical examination, all from the comfort of your home!

We provide access to Laboratory and Radiology Imaging Tests at an affordable price, with full transparency. This way, you know what you are paying for ahead of time. Insurance is not required.

We coordinate In-Home Ultrasound diagnostic testing for you. Ultrasound Imaging provides real time insight into your internal organs, including gallbladder, liver, arteries and veins, heart, lungs, and more!

We coordinate In-Home X-Ray testing for you. X-Ray Imaging provides static insight into your internal organs, including bones, joints, lungs, intestines, and more!

In addition to your evaluation, you will receive a personalized treatment plan and, if needed, prescriptions for your recovery. Prescriptions can be sent directly to your pharmacy, or we can provide discounted medications delivered to your door.

Each year, you will receive an in-home Executive Examination. This is an in-depth focus on your health including chronic diseases, health goals, anti-aging and longevity focused preventive care. After in-home lab draw for your Annual Lab diagnostics, we will perform in-home vital sign assessment, as well as a detailed review of your medical history, medications, including immunizations.
