    During the Annual Health Exam visit, Dr. Neil will perform a thorough physical examination and collect a detailed health and lifestyle history. A variety of medical tests will be conducted, and specialty lab tests will be recommended if indicated.

    In preparation for your first visit, start collecting the following information:

    • Preferred pharmacy

    • Preferred laboratory

    • Preferred Radiology facility

    • Nearest urgent care

    • Preferred hospital/emergency room

    • Specialists contact information

    These are telemedicine visits.

    Duration: 15-30 minutes.

    • Book at-home lab appointments.

    • A lab technician comes to you to collect your labs and delivers the specimens to your preferred laboratory.

Etiquette

  • Kindly place all requests (Rx, labs, etc) during weekday business hours for timely responses. 

  • The email inbox nor the office phone are monitored after 5PM weekdays nor weekends.

  • If you're experiencing an emergency, call 9-1-1 or go to the nearest emergency room.

  • Refer to your Health Access Plan

  • Dr. Neil will reply to all text messages/phone calls by the end of the weekday. Replies on weekends will only be for emergencies.

You may request other Healthcare Practices/Doctor's to send your medical records (labs, radiology, immunization records, etc) to us
