Flawless experience. Had a COVID Test done for all members of my family. Dr. Neil came to our home, and made sure we had all the information we needed to be comfortable and inform safe practices. Dr. Neil Panchal has to be THE kindest, most thorough and gentle MD I have ever worked beside, and theres been a lot. I am an RN that worked with him in a busy Emergency department, and even then, he made sure you were a priority no matter the severity! Neil takes the time to speak with you and your family, getting a detailed history without rushing. He makes you feel comfortable as if knowing him for years like being apart of the family.

A time when Tele medicine is now taking over primary care and sick visits, making a house call is more personal and he gets a much better understanding of how a person lives. Honestly something that should have never changed. Instead of putting yourself at risk by sitting an an office with possibly sick patients, especially in times with Covid, let the Doctor come to you, in the comfort of your own home!! Still with the option to use Tele Doc, make a choice for yourself and chose Dr. Neil!!

He came to our home, was respectful and very professional. He explained his impression of my fathers diagnosis in clear and understandable terms. He created a well formulated plan for him and he’s been incredibly helpful with carrying out the logistics (lab work, imaging, etc). I’ve never seen my dad as motivated after how easy and realistic Dr. Neil made things. He really does remove much of the burden! Highly recommend!
